1. Who provides the service

Little Grove TD and this official website are operated by ZHAO WANBI in Hong Kong. These Terms apply to your use of the website, game, account features and digital purchases offered through the service.

Please read these Terms and the linked policies before using the service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

2. Adults aged 18 and over

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service, create an account or make a purchase. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and can enter into a binding agreement where you live.

This age rule is a condition of use. It is not an identity check or a certification of your age. Read the Age & Eligibility Policy for the checks actually used.

3. Your account and progress

Some features can be used as a guest. Account features use an email address and password. Provide accurate information, keep your password private and contact us if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

When you sign in, adventure stars, unlocked levels and tutorial progress can be associated with your account. Guest progress and device preferences are also kept on your device.

Account coins and purchased items are managed for the account that receives them. Keep the app and account details safe. Removing app data or uninstalling can erase information stored only on your device.

4. Coins and digital items

Where coin purchases are available, choose a pack and review the price and currency before authorizing payment on the payment provider's checkout. Prices shown with $ in the coin store are in US dollars. Coin packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.

Digital goods are credited after payment has been confirmed by our service. A pending payment or a return from checkout is not proof of payment. Check the purchase history or contact us if a paid purchase has not arrived.

Coins and game items are for use inside Little Grove TD. They cannot be traded, transferred between games or withdrawn as cash. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy, including any rights you have under law.

5. Fair and lawful use

• Use the service for your own lawful entertainment. Do not sell access to an account or misrepresent who made a purchase.
• Do not steal accounts, exploit payment errors, submit false purchase evidence or interfere with another person's access.
• Do not introduce malicious files, disrupt the service or exploit faults to create coins or items without authorization.
• Do not use support channels for threats, harassment, unlawful material or infringement of another person's rights.

Reports and safety concerns are handled as described in the Content Monitoring Policy. The game does not provide public chat or a player-uploaded content feed.

6. Game rights and availability

The game, artwork, names and other materials are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. You may use the game for personal entertainment subject to these Terms. Third-party license notices remain available in Credits & Licenses and inside the game.

An internet connection is required for account and purchase services. Availability may be affected by maintenance, device compatibility or connectivity. We take reasonable care in operating the service; we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Restrictions, account closure and concerns

We may restrict affected account features where reasonably needed to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorized access, underage use or a serious breach of these Terms. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and consider a request for review through our contact channels.

You can stop using the game at any time and ask us to close an account. Closure does not remove valid refund rights or erase records that must be retained for transactions, disputes or legal obligations.

Please contact us about a problem so that it can be reviewed. These Terms do not prevent you from exercising rights before a competent court or making a complaint to an appropriate authority.

8. Updates and contact

Updates to these Terms will be published with a new effective date. Changes do not remove mandatory rights or retroactively change a completed purchase. The other policies explain refunds, privacy, content reports and age eligibility.
