Age & Eligibility Policy

1. Minimum age: 18

Little Grove TD is offered only to people aged 18 and over. This applies to use of the website and game, account registration and any digital purchase. If you are under 18, do not use these services or create an account.

A parent's permission does not make an under-18 user eligible under this policy. You must also meet any higher minimum age or other requirement that applies to you under local law.

2. How age is handled today

Using the service represents that you meet the age requirement. The website and game do not currently present a date-of-birth prompt or perform identity-document, third-party identity or biometric age checks.

The 18+ rule is a contractual eligibility condition. It does not certify a person's age. Registering an email address, knowing an account password, possessing a payment card or completing checkout is not proof that someone is 18 or older.

3. Age information and privacy

We do not ask users to upload identity documents, a selfie or biometric information for age verification through these services. Do not send such material unsolicited to our contact channels.

If an eligibility concern is reported, we may ask for limited information needed to understand and review it. Any such information must be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4. Reporting suspected underage use

Identify the game and the account or issue involved, if known. Avoid including unnecessary information about a child. We review relevant reports and may restrict affected account access, stop account-related activity or consider deletion of information where appropriate or required by law.

For a purchase made by someone who did not meet the age requirement, request a review under the Refund Policy. A purchase is not automatically treated as valid solely because the payment provider accepted it.

5. Changes to eligibility checks

If the way age is checked changes, this policy and the Privacy Policy will be updated to explain the check, the information involved and the effect on access. No identity-verification certification is represented by the current service.
